Music

Production

Thanks for snooping! I can tell you're curious about me! I've been using music as a creative outlet for as long as I can remember. I got my first guitar in middle school. It was an old hand-me-down from my step father. But before then I remember having an old DS and trying to make really bad acapella songs with the awful built in microphone. So as you go through this, remember that I’m no professional, just someone who’s really interested in music and how it works.

Software used consists of everything from spitfire audio labs with VST3 instruments, to antares autotune for a more natural feeling sound. There's a decent amount of synths and 808's used as well as several instruments. Ukulele, 12-string guitar, launch pad and a keyboard just to name a few. My DAW of choice is Reaper because of its real time performance when sending things back through a virtual audio cable and its beginner friendliness.

Spotify

I only ever made one song for Spotify.

The song's name is Feather, I made it as part of a livestream with some friends. Someone misheard the lyrics and thought it said feather so I turned that into the title. It felt light and airy. I added a reverbed ukulele tab to it as well as some soft synths. It's meant to mimic normal lo-fi music but in my own style.

Soundcloud

Yes, I put music on soundcloud.

Listen, it's free, easy, and I can reupload audio if I want to. Don't judge me.
